We won't be beat on price. We'll match the product prices of key online and local competitors for immediately available products.

Special considerations:

• At the time of sale, we price match all local retail competitors (including their online prices) and we price match products shipped from and sold by these major online retailers: Amazon.com, Crutchfield.com, Dell.com, HP.com and TigerDirect.com.
• We match Acme.com prices on in-store purchases and in-store prices on Acme.com purchases.
• If we lower our in-store or online price during the return and exchange period, we will match our lower price, upon request.
• Our Price Match Guarantee covers new items (excludes clearance and open-box items). One price match per identical item, per customer, at the current pre-tax price available to all customers is allowed.

Our Price Match Guarantee does not cover:

• The online prices of retailers not listed in the "Special considerations" section.
• Contract cell phones sold by any online retailer.
• Products shipped from or sold by third-party sellers on websites.
• Pricing only available to select groups of customers including loyalty offers, discounts relating to non-warehouse membership programs and government exchange store offers.
• Transactions from Acme Education, Acme For Business and from a Acme Marketplace store on a third-party website (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Google).
• Competitor offers including service prices (delivery and installation charges), pre-order offers, liquidation offers, trade-in offers, and special daily or hourly sales.
• Any financing offers, bundle offers, items included in bundle offers, free items, pricing errors, mail-in offers, coupon offers, items that are advertised as limited quantity, out of stock items, clearance items, open-box items, refurbished items, pre-owned items, credit card offers, gift card offers, items included in gift card offers, rent/lease to own items, Point of Sale Activation cards, video game discounts related to a membership program, voice-only deals, and items for sale the Sunday before Thanksgiving Day through the Monday after Thanksgiving, whether offered by Acme or a competitor.

How do I request a price match from an Acme retail store?

When making a purchase, or during the return and exchange period, please talk to a Customer Specialist or go to the Customer Service desk for help with your price match request. Please tell us about the lower price that is still in effect that you want the Acme retail store to price match. Acme will then review and verify the price match request on a Acme device. A price match request after a purchase at a store for items shipped to the customer can only be requested by the purchaser (the person who was listed in the “Bill To” section of the order).

How do I request a price match from Acme.com?

When making a purchase, or during the return and exchange period, price match requests from Acme.com are handled via online chat or phone. What is considered a local retail competitor?

A local retail competitor for retail store purchases is a retail store authorized by a vendor to sell a new, factory-sealed product with a warranty and is located in the same market area (within a 25-mile radius) of your local Acme store. A local retail competitor for Acme.com purchases is a retail store authorized by a vendor to sell a new, factory-sealed product with a warranty and is located in the same market area (within a 25-mile radius) as either the billing address or the shipping address on record for the purchase.

How do I show "proof" of price?

The best way to show proof of price is to bring in the competitor's current ad or notify us of the website address of the designated major online retailer. We may call the competitor's retail store or check the website address of the designated major online retailer on a Acme device to verify the lower price and availability of the item.

Does Acme match the prices of a Warehouse club?

Yes. We do match the prices of Warehouse clubs as long as the Warehouse club is a local retail competitor, has an identical immediately available product and all other price match criteria are met. If the Warehouse club website price requires a membership ID or login to view, price match is only available in a Acme store (not via phone or chat) and must be a live offer (not a screenshot).

Does Acme match the price if it results in a price being below Acme's cost on a product?

Yes. So long as the price match requested is on an identical immediately available product and all other price match criteria are met.

Will you price match with the Acme mobile app?

Yes. The Acme mobile app has the same pricing and is treated the same as Acme.com.

Are competitors' services eligible for price matching?

No. Due to the differences in services being performed, Acme does not match competitors' service prices. This includes, but is not limited to, services such as delivery, installation and computer services.

How does your price match policy apply to purchases made using store pickup?

If you purchase a new item at Acme.com (which includes a purchase from a smartphone application/website, Acme.com orders with Store Pickup, and orders from the kiosk inside a Acme store) and if the item is offered at a lower price in the store or at Acme.com when you pick it up, you may request a price match. Some exclusions apply.

How does your price match policy cover an item scheduled for delivery from Acme.com?

If the price of an item drops at Acme at any time before its scheduled delivery date, we will refund 100% of the difference, including tax. To receive the lower price, you must call 1-888-ACME (1-888-237-8289). Price matching cannot be processed in our stores or via e-mail. If you see a lower price at Acme.com or a Acme store near you, all conditions apply from our standard Price Match Guarantee.

What if the competitor does not have the item in stock or has limited quantities of the product?

Sometimes a qualifying competitor will advertise a product in ads and on its website as having limited quantities in stock. If the item is out of stock or the competitor has advertised as limited quantities of an item, it is not eligible for price matching. Likewise, if Acme has a product that is advertised as being limited in quantity it will not be eligible for price matching.

Is the price match policy different in Puerto Rico?

Yes. Acme Puerto Rico stores have their own Price Match Guarantee. The Acme Puerto Rico Price Match Guarantee terms are posted in Puerto Rico stores.

Is the Price Match Guarantee the same for purchases in Acme from stores within the store (Acme Mobile, Pacific Kitchen and Home, Magnolia Design Center and Magnolia Home Theater)?

Yes. The Price Match Guarantee terms apply to a purchase from any of our stores within a store and to any purchase from a free standing Acme Mobile store. The Price Match Guarantee applies to Acme.com purchase but may vary from other Acme owned or branded websites. Please see each specific individual website for their terms and conditions. The terms of the Price Match Guarantee do not apply to purchases at Magnolia Audio/Video and Pacific Sales stores. Purchases at Acme Express Kiosks are treated the same as Acme store purchases under this policy.

Is the Price Match Guarantee the same for purchases from Acme Express Kiosks?

Acme Express Kiosks do not price match prior to purchase. Aside from not price matching prior to purchase, all other terms and conditions of the Price Match Guarantee apply.

Does Acme price match "free gift with purchase" offers?

No. Acme does not price match "free gift with purchase" orders. This includes free gift card with purchase offers.

Does Acme price match offers with financing?

Acme does not match competitors' financing offers, or financing offers that differ between our stores and Acme.com. But you can buy a product, get a price match, and still use our low or no interest financing plans on your original purchase. Acme also does not price match to a competitors' price that can only be received when using the competitor's credit card.

Does Acme match competitors' trade-in value and offers on trade-in products?

No. Acme does not match our competitors' trade-in value and offers on trade-in products.

How does the Price Match Guarantee apply to My Acme® Gamers Club Unlocked purchases?

My Acme Gamers Club Unlocked members can get 20% off new video games. For purposes of the Acme Price Match Guarantee, Acme takes the discounted My Acme Gamers Club Unlocked price into account prior to a price match request. For example, if Acme sells a new game for $59.99, a My Acme Gamers Club Unlocked member will be able to buy it for $47.99. The $47.99 price is the price we would compare for price match purposes. If a competitor sells the game for $49.99, there would not be a need for a price match as the Acme price is lower. If a competitor sells a game for $44.99, we would match that price and sell a My Acme Gamers Club Unlocked member the game for $44.99 with no additional discount. If Acme lowers our price during the return and exchange period on a My Acme Gamers Club Unlocked purchase, we will, upon request, apply the 20% discount on the new lower price. For example, If a Gamers Club Unlocked member paid $47.99 for a new game priced at $59.99 and Acme lowers the price to $49.99 during the return and exchange period, we will, upon request, price match the new price with the 20% discount and sell the My Acme Gamers Club Unlocked member the game for $39.99.

How does the Price Match Guarantee apply to coupons?

Acme does not match competitors' coupons. Also, customers can either use a coupon or price match to a lower price, but not both. Acme does not allow a coupon to be used on a product that has a price match.

How does the Price Match Guarantee apply to sales tax?

Acme matches the pre-tax price. We do not take sales tax into consideration for price match purposes. We will not override sales tax to match a competitor’s price.

How does your price match policy apply to pre-orders?

If the price of a pre-order item drops at the time of shipment, you will automatically be charged the lower price. Your credit card is not charged until the product is shipped.

How does your price match policy apply to voice-only deals?

Smart speakers, such as Amazon Echo or Google Home, have retail sale functionality so that you can make a purchase through your smart speaker. A voice-only deal is a discounted price only offered by a retailer through a smart speaker. If a qualifying competitor has a voice-only deal that results in a lower price than Acme, we will not match that price. If Acme has a voice-only deal, we will not match that price. If your Acme purchase was a voice-only deal and we lower our price during your return and exchange period, we will, upon request, match the new, lower price.

If Acme For Business or Acme Education has a lower price, will Acme match it?

No. Whether due to a bulk purchase order or a specific promotion, Acme For Business or Acme Education may have a lower price on a product. Acme does not match the price offered to Acme For Business or to Acme Education customers.

How does your price match policy apply to a mobile phone purchased with an installment billing plan?

If you have purchased a mobile phone on an installment billing plan from Acme and we lower our installment billing price during the 14-day return and exchange window, you have some options. You may bring your phone to a Acme store and we will research the pricing history on your purchased phone to see if you qualify for a price match. If you qualify, you have two options for a price match. The first option is to receive a Acme gift card for the difference between the overall installment billing price you agreed to pay for the phone and the current installment billing price on the phone. For example, if your installment billing plan calls for you to pay a total of $600 and the phone is now available for $500, we will provide you with a $100 Acme gift card. The second option is that you may return your purchased phone along with the contract and purchase a new phone with a new contract at the discounted price. Please note that a return, even with a repurchase, requires the deletion of all data on the phone, and you are responsible for all fees associated with a return. When calculating the original purchase price of the phone, all offers, including two-for-one and gift card offers, are taken into account. There is a limit of one price match per phone.

Does Acme match prices for liquidation or going out of business sales?

No. Items in a liquidation or going out of business sale are clearance items. Clearance items are excluded from the Acme Price Match Guarantee.

Acme may run tests of the Price Match Guarantee in select locations and may amend these terms at any time.
